1932 Packard Twin-Six
Packard was an American luxury automobile marque built by the Packard Motor Car Company of Detroit. The first Packard car was produced in 1899, and the last was built in 1956. The ride featured on this episode of Jay Leno’s Garage is a 1932 Packard Twin-Six. The car was restored by Leno’s late friend, Phil Hill, who was an American automobile racer and the only American-born driver to win the Formula One World Drivers’ Championship. Jay pays tribute to Phil by taking his labor of love out for a drive. Enjoy.
