Colorful Chevys: 1956 Corvette Convertible
Who better than Jerry Seinfeld and Jimmy Fallon to cruise around in a classic Corvette? On this episode of Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee, Seinfeld’s car of choice is a 1956 Chevrolet ‘Vette Convertible in Cascade Green. Need we say more? This ride’s unique color is also a rare one, with just 290 models made. Under the hood it rocks a 265 cubic inch, 240 horsepower V8 not to mention a 2-speed power glide automatic transmission. Jerry said it best: “this car is the essence of American futuristic positivism of the post war society at that time.” When it comes to this Chevy, it’s all about color, energy and happiness.
