This Rolls-Royce 6×6 Is Absolute Insanity
Yes, you read that right, 6×6. The 6-wheel trend started back in 2013 when Mercedes revealed the G63 6×6. And then there was Hennssey, who quickly one-uped Mercedes with the VelociRaptor 6×6. This Indian rendering of a six-wheeled Rolls-Royce might just be taking this trend a little too far.
Right now, this ride is just a sketch, so it’s clear it’s not production ready. But if an eager Rolls-Royce fan stumbles across these renderings, we wouldn’t be surprised if they try to build it. The designer (who goes by the name Vivek) was inspired by Indian princes back in the 1920s. The idea was that certain Indian princes would eventually get bored and want to go off-roading in a manner that was still befitting of a royal. The car combines a higher ride height with a coupe-like roof line. For now, this seems like a designer’s dream, but we’ll keep you posted if a crazy rich customer comes along and wants to build this insanely unique set of wheels.

Rolls Royce built armoured (sic) cars and shooting-brakes back in the day. Furthermore, at Pebble Beach a couple of years ago there was a class for motorcars built for the various Indian potentates during the Raj. However, the above illustration seems a bit of a pipe dream.
