Dodge Will Not Produce a 2019 Challenger SRT Demon
I guess Dodge wasn’t kidding when they said the SRT Demon would be “limited edition.” They told us from the start that just 3,300 examples would be made, but we couldn’t help but wonder if a 2019 model was in store. The answer, sadly, is no. The news has been confirmed by Allpar.com. During an interview with the publication, (former) President of Dodge Tim Kuniskis said, “2018 only, one-and-done. The people who sit back and wait for next year are going to miss out.” Side note – as of a few days ago, Kuniskis was named the Head of Alfa Romeo and Maserati Brands. Not to worry though, there are other FCA vehicles that posses the same Demon-esque qualities. Enter, the Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat Widebody and the Jeep Grand Cherokee Tackhawk. It won’t be the same as the Demon, but it’s pretty damn close.
