Questionable Concepts: Dodge Aviat, Super8 & Kahuna

They’re models that never quite made it to market: The Dodge Aviat, Super8 and Kahuna. That 1995 Aviat (pictured above) looks a little Neon-esque, right? Because it began as one. With this plight, Dodge sacrificed aesthetics for aerodynamics and it didn’t play in the marque’s favor.

Next, enter the Super8: A partial preview of the revived Charger and a soon after a Hot Wheels model.

Rounding off the trifecta is the Kahuna – a noble attempt at a beach ride. Complete with wood paneling and a retractable roof this 2003 concept didn’t exactly take off.
