This Shelby GT500 Replica Is Going For $219,000

At the SEMA show this week, (as you can imagine), a ton of heavily customized ‘Stangs made an appearance. But this one in particular, caught our eye. This stunning replica of the 1967 Shelby GT500 by Orlando-based Revology is easily our favorite. Revology has reproduced the vintage GT500’s steel body and threw in some modern technology (because why not?) But does that really justify its $219,000 price tag?

The Revology Shelby GT500 is powered by a supercharged 5.0-liter V8 and produces 600 hp and 475 lb-ft of torque. Some other noteworthy features include: power four-wheel disc brakes with 330 mm slotted and ventilated rotors, six-piston calipers in front and four-piston calipers in the rear. Sure, $219,000 is an insane amount of cash, but owning a car like this GT500 would be unreal. We can dream, right?
