1991 GMC Syclone Pickup Truck
In the late 80s and early 90s, General Motors had a thing for building fast, rare and black turbo machines. One of those was the modified Sonoma pickup known as the GMC Cyclone. In this episode of Jay Leno’s Garage, Leno gives us a tour of his old 1991 Cyclone.
As for under the hood, the turbocharged 4.3-liter V6 engine puts out 280 hp and 350 lb-ft of torque. This made the Syclone able to go 0-60 in 4.3 seconds. The car was only produced for one year (1991) and GM only made around 3,000. Leno has had this baby for 24 years and it’s kept just fine. Check it out:
