7th-Gen Camaro Cancelled
Our friends over at Muscle Cars & Trucks broke the news last week saying that “multiple sources within GM” have said that the seventh-generation Camaro was in development stages but has been relegated to the sixth-generation car’s remaining shelf life. A cancellation like this could mean the death of the nameplate. And this wouldn’t be the first time the company has done this. Back in 2002 they killed off the fourth generation but then returned in 2009 for the fifth.
Could this be the true end of the nameplate? Or maybe another possible hiatus. We can only hope this is temporary (or untrue). More to come.
