This Used Car Dealer Is Selling a Demon for $176K

Dealership markups are inevitable. Automakers do their best to keep them from upping the prices, but there’s only so much they can do. In this instance, the markup is absolutely insane. The Dodge Challenger SRT Demon has an MSRP of $86,090 and is a street legal drag racer that pumps out 840-hp. What a great deal… cue the markups. Custom Cars West, a dealership based out of Englewood, CO is a prime example.

They are selling a Challenger Demon for an outrageous $175,999. That’s more than double the MSRP. Custom Cars West is a high-end used car dealership that shockingly was able to get their hands on a Demon order. Only 3,300 Demons are being built – 3,000 for the US and 300 for Canada. So this set of wheels is in high demand. So high that dealerships are charging double. Here’s the best part … more than likely, they’ll get it. A mere $200K for one of the greatest muscle cars of all time? There’s got to be a market for it. Interested? Expected delivery is the first quarter of 2018.
