The Fisker Karma: A Car with a Conscience

The Karma is a plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV). This extremely quiet car can outperform most luxury sedans in speed and comfort. When Fisker and his co-founder Koehler established this new American car company they aimed for amenity and ethics – exactly what the Karma brings to the table. This $100,000 PHEV pairs a large battery pack with a small gasoline engine. The batteries can be charged through traditional home outlets or through a generator turned by the car’s engine. With such eco-friendly design, Fisker lets drivers give back to Mother Nature.
