On The Auction Block: 1972 Chevrolet Corvette
Up for grabs at the upcoming 2018 Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale sale in January is this bright yellow 1972 Chevrolet Corvette. This classic has been modified to be both competitive and beautiful, in the true “pro-touring” style.
If you’re wondering if this C3 looks familiar, it’s because it might be. In 2015, Ridetech built the C3 ‘Vette from stock in just 48 hours. The speed starts with the 7.0-liter Lingenfelter LS7 V-8 which pumps out 650 hp to the rear wheels through a Tremec T56 six-speed manual transmission. Other noteworthy features include Holley EFI, forged internals, titanium valves, self-adjusting shocks, aluminum spindles, and integrated track control. Interested in this pro-touring Corvette? Don’t forget to register for the 2018 Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale sale in January.
