Cadillac turns 115 this year, and as a birthday treat, has announced that a special edition CTS-V will have a limited production run. Presenting the 2018 CTS-V Galcier Edition. Only 115 examples of the car will be built by the end of this year.

The details? Each of the cars will feature this light-gray exterior paint as well as dark red Brembo brake calipers and 19-inch forged polish finished allow wheels with Midnight Silver painted accents. Cadillac also tossed in the Carbon Fiber Package, which includes a front splitter, hood vent, rear spoiler and rear diffuser, all made from lightweight material. The Luxury Package comes with tri-zone automatic climate control, power rear-window sunshade, heated rear seats, 100-volt outlet and rear camera mirror. That’s luxury alright. But let us not forget the star of the show, the 6.2-liter supercharged V8 with a killer 640 hp. The Cadillac CTS-V starts at $88,290, while the 2018 Glacier Metallic Edition goes for a whopping $103,885. The automaker hasn’t alluded to any of the other Cadillacs receiving the Glacier Metallic treatment, but we’ll keep you posted on that. For now, Happy Birthday, Cadillac.
