Chevy Camaro ZL1 Runs A 9 Second Quarter Mile

With the release of the Dodge Challenger SRT Demon, other automakers like Ford and Chevy have been working on rides of their own in order to stay in the metaphorical muscle car race. Behold, The Camaro ZL1. RPM Motorsports recently showed off this straight-from-the-dealership model and named it the “Frostbite” ZL1. With only 66 miles on the odometer, this Camaro has nitrous oxide pumping into the intake manifold, and is performing just fine prior to attaining break-in mileage. Still, this true muscle car pulls off the quarter mile in 9.98 seconds, or just over three tenths more than it takes the Demon. Seems to us that the Demon has some new competition, check it out:
