A Drag Race That Brings Us Back To Our Roots
It’s easy to get caught up in the best and brightest supercars admired by media and car-lovers alike. But there’s something to be said for bringing it back to our roots. Enter: a ’71 Chevrolet Impala and a ’73 Chevrolet Caprice. There’s something about watching cars with no business being on a drag strip battle it out on 30-inch rims. Both of these rides are 4,000 lb convertibles with no absolutely no fear. The two went head-to-head at the Orangeburg, SC Street Outlaws Live event late last month. Check it out for yourself and see which one of these drop-top turbos takes home the W.
