Outdoing the Original: The Modified MG MGB
We all love a good British roadster, especially the MG MGB. It all started with the MGA, which had a great following in America, then came the MGB. This model proved to be a great technological advance for the company. While the MGA utilized a body-on-frame setup, the MGB used a rigid monocoque structure with plenty of steel to keep it together. Paul Seeberg’s 1980 MGB (shown above) has a stock engine, but it’s been highly modified from hood to trunk. Classic imports like the MGB are making a great comeback in the restoration market and commanding serious cash.
