The Ford Mustang Gulf Heritage Edition

There’s nothing like a retro-themed pony car to get you through the work week. Tennessee-based Brown Lee Performance is behind the Gulf Mustang project – and yes, you can buy it. The 2020 Mustang GT will wear the iconic blue/orange Gulf racing uniform and will cost you a cool $139,995. Sure, that’s a serious amount of cash, but the pony car is an official Gulf Heritage Mustang thanks to a license agreement with Gulf Oil.

Under the hood is a 5.0-liter supercharged V-8 pumping out a minimum of 800-horsepower through either a 10-speed automatic or a six-speed manual. An upgraded suspension, carbon fiber front splitter and side sills, a rear spoiler with a Gurney lip, a rear diffuser, and of course, all of the branding, are among the goodies that come with the car. The car will debut on Sunday, August 18th at the 2019 Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance. Stay tuned.
