Watch The Electric Chevy eCOPO Camaro Do a Wheelie
We’ve got something interesting for you today. Since electric muscle cars are on trend right now, we thought we’d share this video with you. Chevrolet unveiled its electric drag-racer concept, the eCOPO Camaro last October at the 2018 SEMA show. The eCOPO took to the track to show just how quiet the racer car can be, while simultaneously pulling off a wheelie. (Don’t mistake the noise produced by the pickup truck it’s up against).
Chevy first introduced the car with more than 700 horsepower and 600-plus lb-ft of torque. According to the description of the video you see here, the eCOPO Camaro produces upwards of 780-hp and 780 lb-ft of torque all thanks to a pair of BorgWarner HVH 250-150 motor assemblies. The Camaro bangs down the quarter-mile drag strip in just 10.14 seconds hitting a top speed of 130.85 mph. See it for yourself, right here.
