General Lee Dodge Charger Replica Jumps Dukes Of Hazzard-Style

Bo and Luke Duke would be proud. Stunt driver Raymond Kohn goes full-on Duke of Hazzard in a specially prepared Dodge charger in Downtown Detroit. The jump looks good off of the five foot tall ramp, but the landing makes us cringe. Ouch. The bright orange ’69 Charger hit the ramp around 55 mph when it launched 25 feet in the air over a distance of 134 feet. Pretty impressive.

The stunt was a promotion event for the 65th annual Autorama show in Detroit. Check out the video above for the jump, and the one below for some after-stunt thoughts from Kohn.
