Introducing The Cadillac CT6 V-Sport With 550-HP V8

Oh, Cadillac wants to expand its lineup of high-performance V-Series models? We are all in. The automaker revealed that the CT6 sedan is getting the V-Performance treatment. Also included in the reveal was that the entire CT6 lineup will feature styling concepts inspired by the Escala concept.

The new CT6 V-Sport comes fully packed with a 4.2-liter twin-turbo V8 engine that churns out an impressive 550 horsepower and 627 lb-ft of torque. The engine is unique, combining performance, efficiency, and compact packaging. Included in the engine is a “hot V” configuration, where the turbochargers are located between the heads to reduce turbo lag and the engine’s size.
